Our name begins with Cache Valley because we seek to reach out to the whole community of Cache Valley with the good news of Jesus Christ our Lord. We seek to accomplish this by being involved in community events (North Logan Pioneer Day Parade) and by participating with other Christian churches in sponsoring the Community Easter Sunrise Service. We are centrally located in Logan (north of the DI).
For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake.
2 Corinthians 4:5 (ESV)
Bible is our middle name because the Bible is our emphasis. Our teaching is expository, meaning we will examine a biblical text in our teaching. We affirm the words of Paul in 2 Timothy 3:16-17:
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NLT)
We call ourselves a Fellowship because we are journeying together to worship, encounter God, and discover together who we are in Jesus Christ. As a Fellowship, we are but a small part of the true Church that is composed of all believers in Christ. As an independent Christian fellowship, we are in association with the Evangelical Free Church of America. We meet in fellowship not only on Sunday mornings, but also during the week for Bible study and prayer.
They spent their time learning from the apostles, and thy were like family to each other. They also broke bread and prayed together.
Acts 2:42 (CEV)
We are committed to "Building Relationships United in Christ." We believe that God has called us to not
simply meet together on Sunday mornings but to "encourage one another daily towards love and good deeds." (Hebrews 10:25)
We have intentionally planned
an informal fellowship time at
10:30 every Sunday where
people are able to sit in our
fellowship area and enjoy a
cookie and a cup of coffee or
We gather as friends and
value this informal time of
fellowship to connect with one another prior
to joining our hearts, minds, and voices in celebration.
Since our passion is for the internal transformation of the heart, and not external appearances, we therefore encourage people to join us as they feel most comfortable, whether dressed up or casual. Through grace we are accepted just as we are and because of this we desire for our eyes to be focused on Jesus not externals.
At 11 a.m. we gather for worship. Our worship style is referred to as a “blended style of worship.” This means that during our worship we will sing a mixture of contemporary worship songs as well as the standard hymns. On Sunday mornings, the teaching is typically through a book in the Bible.
There are a variety of mid-week activities available for adults and youth. Check Events to find out more.
